Dr. Routiya has been working as an Assistant Professor for the past 13 years. Before that, he served for 10 years at the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Secretariat on various positions.

Since 2017, he has been guiding village and poor students through his YouTube channel “Law Order and Civil Rights” — which now has more than 3 lakh subscribers. In every NET exam cycle, over 100 students clear NET and JRF under his mentorship. Over 700+ students have successfully become Assistant Professors, Lecturers, Civil Judges, and ADPOs.

He has also been a 🌟 Top Educator on Unacademy and offers free preparation for Civil Judge and ADPO exams. Many of his students are now serving in courts across the country.
